      Pros

      Philips offers a lot of opportunities in many different areas, ie: training, career advancement, benefits, work/life balance, on-site fitness. They are a health and well being company focusing on improving lives, which makes me feel good about working for such a company. I like working for a company that not only people recognize but more than likely have a Philips product in their home.

      Cons

      Many layers of complexity, but also creates a challenge as well.

      You give the estimates for the work you do. High performance culture Good exposure to design skills We can grow strong in technical ladder

      Not enough benefits Employee benefits like loan, discounts are not there Performance linked pay in the package is pain to get At times, assessment by managers can be against you putting you in lowest grid, so that you don't get any variable pay also affecting your promotions.
