      Pros

      -Benefits are great. No free lunches every day like they do at those start-ups, but the necessities are there. -The management is willing to work around you, provided you get your stuff done. -Plenty of work, and lots of room for horizontal movement. -Good people here also. The company tries hard to break team silos. -As an established company, the job is very stable.

      Cons

      - It's an FDA-regulated company, so look forward to lots of documents and formal processes.

      Pros

      Great company, people focussed, with good benefits and nice workplace environments. I have visited several offices and factories worldwide, and with some ups and downs, company satisfaction is high. I have also worked in different countries and organizations, which is an example of the number of opportunities available.

      Cons

      Slow decision process from top management, and famous dutch "consensus" decision making style, which help the company to be slower than competition.
