      -flexible work / home environment -good pay -good health insurance -Hardworking people -not a bad location to work -very nice office space

      Cons

      -being in a healthcare FDA environment Quality should be focus this is not always true -Knowledge of leads of the Process is not always strong -some management is wishy washy on communication -Getting you PC or Hardware feels like a chore and then you sometimes cannot do your job without getting custom configuration done to your computer.

      1. Arrogant and autocratic Managers and senior Arhcitects 2. No work-life balance 3. Only long timers are valued 4. Need to be in good books with the managers as they are ruling 5. Only Defect fixes and issue resolving. no concrete development work 6. Need to slog for hours and you are rated for how many hours you work rather the quality
