Like minded coworkers, understanding middle/upper middle managers, and unlimited sick days. Decent benefits. Decent pay.

Cons

~ 2 month Delay between notice of layoffs and actual layoffs. High workload Poor corporate management/ leadership in times of uncertainty. No decisive answers nor any semblance of compassion for employees lives. No work full time from home.
