      Pros

      I have had a great experience working for Pfizer. I enjoy working with majority of people who are passionate about their job. Many opportunities to learn if you have the courage to step outside your comfort zone. Some leaders are good advocates for their teams.

      Cons

      there are some people who don’t pull in their weight and some end up picking up their slack. Majority of the company is truly focused on patients, but there are some colleagues who are more interested in their career and those who truly care about the job are left with carrying the weight. Extroverts know how to talk their way up the ladder and take credit from the introverts who do all the thinking and put in the work.

      Pros

      good learning experience as technicians have many responsibilities that most other pharmaceutical companies outsource or relay to other departments.

      Cons

      - limited locker space - poor plumbing in the showers - poor shift transport system - no dedicated break rooms for certain departments to store food - departments don’t go through proper channels to relay information - very disorganised - wants every task to be done at the same time with very little prioritising - toxic work culture with no teamwork
