Pros

People Local culture Exciting work with great scientists across the company

Cons

Low pay compared to industry standards Lot of work Terrible leadership at top No strategic long-term vision from Executive Leadership: your job security depends on PFE share prices on any given week. No accountability of senior leadership (Read Reddit forums).

Pros

PTO, sick leave, and health benefits are good/competitive

Cons

Job security is a prevalent concern as we watch entire branches shut down around us, while communication from leadership leaves our entire team (managers included) guessing as to whether we're on track and performing well. Pay does not adequately reflect performance and/or experience.
