More than fair compensation. Reasonable benefits. Environment does permit a balance or family and work life. Career development plans are good, mentoring is avalable.

Cons

Great deal of instability for the immediate future as the company attempts to "find itself" after recent acquisitions. Outsourcing has become the standard practice.
