      Good company to work for but you need to accept that change is the only constant.

      Pros

      I work from home so job flexibility is huge. Also, the benefits are good with company including car, expenses, health benefits, etc. (although these have all gotten worse in the past couple of years). Pfizer as a company isn't going away.

      Cons

      Ever tightening legal and regulatory changes make the job challenging. I would say the biggest downside right now is job security.

      Management has lost track of our mission and changed from "the patient is waiting" to "the stockholder's impatient".

      Pros

      Excellent pipeline that has a lot of potential. The oncology, RA, and biotech portfolios are really making inroads and will have a significant impact on patient treatment.

      Cons

      Constant downsizing & restructuring leaves you always wondering when you'll be next to go. Pfizer still seems unprepared for Lipitor patent cliff.
