      Great Income, Lots of opportunities for advancement, great insurance and benefits, great peope in the sales force, awesome products to promote,

      Promotions sometimes seem based on who you know instead of abilities, The risk of being laid off is constant. Didn't really feel there was always a work/life balance. Way to many levels to go through to get things accomplished

      Great colleagues. Great compensation and benefits. Change management case study. Mission of making world a healthier place is admirable particularly given numerous challenges to doing so.

      Cons

      Tough environment due to rapid, severe long overdue change which should have been anticipated years ago. It's unfortunate that current employees have to pay the price.
