Great benefits (health, vacation, etc.) and good salary. People are very friendly and always willing to help. New hires get a great 401k match.

Cons

Unfortunately, with all the acquisitions Pfizer has done in the last 10 years is leading to a lot of layoffs in the last few years.

The name recognition of Pfizer is excellent. It has a dynamic culture and very good, talented employees. It is a major global company that fosters diversity.

Cons

Managers at the highest levels appear to be confused and disorganized. There is a lot of finger pointing at the mid-management level. People are overall extremly stressed out and unhappy.
