      Benefits Company car is Altima - that could also be a con Honestly not a lot of pros past the benefits

      Cons

      Major corporate restructuring effort underway in 2021 to be completed by April 2022. No stability till then. No one knows what the future of the field force roles will look like in 2022. Pay is always significantly lower than other pharma companies for same geography.

      The leadership here is very competent and trustworthy. Pfizer takes great pride in treating all their employees fairly.

      There is some lack of outer department collaboration and communication.

      Pros

      Worked with a good team. There are a lot of good people that work there. It’s nice to work for a place making important medicine.

      Cons

      Short term operations goals are king, everything else, including good long term strategy and treating employees with respect, come second.
