- Too much red tape - Poor communication between departments - Poor onboarding process - Expected to work ridiculous hours - Too much onus on engineering to fix everyone's problems (e.g. Production requested for a vacuum cleaner to assembled by the reliability engineer or fitter) - No sequential approach to a problem, constant firefighting (would rather rush to meet deadline than get the job done correctly) - Training modules to be completed are beyond ludicrous (I was assigned 158 modules, the day that I started). No time allocation for the completion of training, I spent many Sunday afternoons completing them.

At first I thought Pfizer management must be swingers because they lie like crazy for each-other but after reporting things to the corporate office, I’ve come to realize it is just the culture of Pfizer.
