      Pros

      Excellent opportunity to learn and know different business operations. The Company in general is so interested in employees well being. Challenging.

      Cons

      I think that for women is still difficult to get promotions or a raise for the same work as male colleagues do. Low compensation compared with the market. The company likes to laid off people every year for savings instead of exploring other options, in the other hand they hire so much people using outsourcing companies.

      Pros

      PepsiCo will allow you to work in a fast paced, competitive environment.

      Cons

      Management is concerned about their own jobs and maintaining their egos. Little respect for peoples time, constantly late for meetings. Arrogance is a way of life. 90% of the time people are working on being involved in internal organizations (i.e. Womens Network) to try and manage upward.

      Sweatshop with poor IT leadership

      Pros

      The pay's good. If you're hourly, you'll make a killing.

      Cons

      Poor management, from front-line to senior management. No willingness to improve the environment. Too many sacred cows. It's not what you know, it's how much you brown nose. If you're incompetent but suck up, you'll go far. Don't ever go to HR about manager quality, or ethics issues.
