      Worst employment place ever!

      Pros

      You don't need to go get an education or experience to work at PepsiCo: you can get Senior Research Scientist position if you are high school graduate or supervise laboratory employees without having any supervisory experience/skills. You just need to be PepsiCo management relative or close friend.

      Cons

      Due to the lab management by such "bright people" as described in “pros” section, I did not receive any training and was suffering from constant bullying by other contractors and undergraduate students. I think that management was aware of what was going on but they didn't care. No culture, no values whatsoever.

      No longer cares about employees

      Pros

      Great pay. Company offers pension and 401k at the current time. Training period is long enough and provides great training for new employees

      Cons

      Long hours with no work life balance. Routes are set up in a way that makes it impossible to complete all tasks to company standard in the time allotted. Infrequent revisions to route structures.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits with lots of ability to move around. Core business is strong.

      Cons

      High turnover, especially in HR. Work life balance is non-existent and you will be viewed negatively if you don't sacrifice everything for this organization. The company preaches individualism, but truly only wants abusive type A individuals.
