Pros

Pay is decent for unskilled labor. Great place if you've given up in life. You can literally die at this company if you choose to do so. You can pay your child support.

Cons

Constantly reminded how replaceable you are. Lateral movement only. Your job is up to chance, and not do to preformance, management is extremely disconnected. No transferable skills to another career. Sometimes hours are in excess of 70 in a week. Management is intellectually dishonest. You must live your life around your productivity. Point system written to cater to people in the office environment, extremely unreasonable. Could go on forever!

Pros

Good Compensation, Decent 401k match/options, and great family leave options.

Cons

Can be a very political environment. Often hard work is appreciated, but if you don't know the right people, your advancement will be very difficult. Upper management and board have become hypocritical. You initiate cost-cutting programs, but then give the CEO an almost 20% raise. Meanwhile, the average yearly increase for the "foot soldiers" is 0 or ~2% for an average review.

Pros

Great benefits chance for advancement if you can take the very low pay for years at a time

Cons

Salaray sucks for the RSAs that cover the vacation and days off of the normal route personel.. Sometimes they have you working 6 to 7 days a week because of the rotation and no true overtime only their variable rate overtime which is a better way calling it chinese overtime
