Pros

Benefits and Pay...other then that NOTHING!. They make you think everything you do is wrong

Cons

Management is terrible...if the company would let the Reps do their job instead of trying to butt in all the time then things would be done correctly.

Pros

Relaxed work envirement in Frito HQ 4 weeks vacation after 5 years, 3 if you are new. 401k with match for new employees. Excellent gym.

Cons

Performance with Purpose means do more with less. Smart spending means the death of fun/morale killer. Annual merit increases do not increase your purchasing power. Review system doesn't properly recognize and reward valuable team members and seems to have no weight when it comes to promotions. Poor communication of policy changes. Often the candidate who is getting a job is known before the interviews even happen. Company seems to be constantly realigning its reporting structure. Managers more often than not have no time to coach or help subordinates with their career or to power talk them in meetings. Older employees lost the 401k match instead of being fully grandfathered in. Pension still around but for how long? Constant both public and silent layoffs keep people stressed because you never know when you will get outsourced or the shoulder tap. Computer Equipment outdated and slow, screens small unless your department spends the money. Same with ergonomics. High deductible health plan savings went to company bottom line.

Thank you for the review. We highly recommend setting up time with your HR Manager to talk about the work-life balance and other issues you are running into. Remember that you can also utilize the Speak-Up line as well at any time if you would like to report the problems you are running into.
