Pros

- Quality work. You may learn a lot if your ambitions are high. - Free snacks and beverages - Free meal (poor quality)

Cons

- Worst work culture. - Directors and managers who have zero people management skills. Trust me ZERO. - No car parking (only for privileged L8 above) - Few bike parking (unfortunately) - Substandard cafeteria with free food (free) - No monetary awards - High on Lip Service - Hikes are dangerous to accept contrary to very high expectations - Market counter parts are your career decider, your manager who is a qualified CA doesn’t have managerial skills to handle conflicts or posses any managerial skills. - Travel opportunities are insecure. They send you to work with tourist visa, specially to visa on arrival countries. They give a AMEX and ask you to manage. Seriously, half of the asian countries doesn’t accept AMEX. Also, you may end up paying the forex fluctuations prices out of your own pocket. - Genpact feel. You wont miss it if you are joining from Genpact. - lots of them.. you can join to learn more.

Pros

Great people, resources and interesting work. Values and invests in the frontline. HR genuinely is a partner.

Cons

You have to move every 2 years in HR which is very hard on family, and for women much harder to get your spouse to follow her career, especially if you want kids. Even in a function that is 90 percent women, at executive it is disproportionately men for this reason. Some people may find workload and employee ratio a con- you will work 60 hours a week, but it is fun and interesting. Recent senior leadership is out of touch with what the frontline and frontline management is going through, and did a poor job of managing the recent restructure at Christmas.
