Cons
The culture of PepsiCo has dramatically gone down hill. My first 2-3 years were great, the culture was so supportive and collaborative but the reason I ended up leaving was that it became a really terrible culture. The constant reorgs and cost cutting measures led to vast majority of the survivors being incredibly disengaged - major turnover too much work to get done in way too short of a time.
