Pros

Good pay once you get your own route. Great benefits

Cons

Very long hours no home life at all. 60 hour work weeks not uncommon. Management has zero experience running a route or really general work experience.

Pros

Great caliber of talent - my peers push me on a daily basis. World class brands with cutting edge consumer engagement and customer management. Access to resources - financial, people, agency.

Cons

Big, matrixed company that makes it more complex to get things done. Experience through multiple specialized roles, so linear path to building well rounded experience.
