Remote work and there are good moral people to be found

Cons

Management doesnt want to hear suggestions or concerns. They want you to be a yes-person. You're held accountable for other departments that have nothing to do with you and if clients are upset with that department its somehow your fault. They are making HRBP's sell products but management says "you're not selling it you're opening the door for a sale"...whatever that means. All CEO cares about is wall-street which is ironic since the stock is doing poorly and at the cost of very high turnover and morale and culture that is in the gutter.
