Cons

They expect strong output without having a clue how to build the systems or structure of an outbound sales organization. Leadership should be ashamed. If they aren't in such a sticky business, they wouldn't have one.

You have to go through their 6 week (maybe longer?) sales class no matter what. It’s old and tired for anyone with substantial experience but for someone new, will be great.

Cons

Your experience at the company will be highly dependent on your boss. My team had high turnover over and it was a nightmare trying to get clients/CPA’s to trust and work with me. I had clients (yes multiple) tell me to my face they won’t bother to learn my name until I’ve been there for a year.

Not a whole lot of pros. Micromanaged and given consistently bad advice.

Cons

Heavy micromanagement. The PEO division is failing horribly. Management (Directors and Above) are not helpful and have no strategic vision. Numbers for last year were abysmal with only 11% of people hitting quota. Do not work here unless you want bad advice and no development. "Doing more" is not development.
