      Pros

      Co-workers were really nice. Management will walk the floors offering snacks & treats: healthy and not healthy. There were a few fun activities organized that showed employee appreciation.

      Cons

      Training needs improvement. It is based more on the system; not policies & procedures. When asking for help, management will refer you to your co-workers first before coming to them. Systems are very out dated. Employees are given 65-70 base clients fresh out of training (and that's starting low according to them).

      Nice working autonomy, work/life balance, generally hands off management, support for career development through seminar and learning event attendance, work from home, Laptop, cell phone, and mifi device

      Cons

      Low salary, untenable client assignments, unreasonable service expectations, held responsible for the performance of multiple service silos of which you have no control, very high level of administrative work for a consultative role.

      Pros

      If you're in the right group it can be very rewarding, with competitive pay and wonderful co-workers.

      Cons

      There are groups that have an incredible amount of pressure on them, and they seem stuck in a culture of deflecting and delaying over serving the teams they interact with.
