Work from home, some coworkers, PTO package

Cons

Can't actually use the generous PTO. Leadership has lost its touch and the ball is rolling down hill fast. Insurance premiums up with ultimate lose of coverage. There is no accountability, if you try to bring it up you paint a target on your back. If your a poor performer this is the place for you they will coddle and protect you, if your a high performer prepare for stress and having to put the "team" on your back since you'll be getting all the work of the low performers moved to you.
