Pros

The pros they tell you in the interview are not true

Cons

Every month is a fire drill because senior leaders are clueless and try to force tactics that do not work. Extreme micromanaging is called "accountability". You will be calling ONLY existing accounts that are oversaturated by your own company's aggressive telemarketing. Unless you are one of the few favorites being handed sales, you will never hit quota, then be gaslit for not having enough "urgency" or "activity". The office is a toxic, passive aggressive, fear based place. The low base pay is not livable and "OTE" is virtually impossible except for the few chosen favorites who are given special resources and fake sales. Public shaming and senior leaders blaming others below them for their bad choices is the norm here. Being pushed every day is called "help". Training is embarrassingly bad for a company this size. Stay away.

Pros

Good benefits. Option for full remote. Nice co workers.

Cons

Leadership lies to you in your interview about the OTE of the job. Expect to make slightly more than your base salary. Successful reps are getting tee’d up deals and doing a completely different job than everyone else. If you’re really lucky you’ll be one of those reps. If not, you will be looking for another job as soon as possible. Don’t take my word for it. Just see the slew of negative experiences about this company and the business outlook from other sales reps and other departments. More than half of people rate it poorly for a reason. I have seen entire teams turnover, including leadership.
