      Pros

      Compensation, People, Product and Product Development, and Senior Leadership. Pay in sales is directly tied to performance. Paychex tends to hires smart people that fit into the corporate culture. Paychex products are competitive and the company continuously reinvests in product development.

      Cons

      I've worked for other large organizations and I know from experience there is always something that could be different or better. I also know that people always want what they can't have regardless of whether its good for them or not. With that I don't think there are any downside to working at Paychex. It really is a fantastic company with a very bright future in a thriving industry.

      Pros

      Salary is great, benefits are wonderful, co-workers are respectful and friendly. The job itself is very easy, and the training makes it even better.

      Cons

      Management should all be on the same page, I don't like the variance in management styles.

      Pros

      Terrific sales training program which includes 2-3 trips to company headquarters over the first year of employment. Consistant management practices throughout the organization. Competetive comp for sales positions.

      Cons

      Only growth opportunitry within the sales organization is to go into management. Company match on 401(k) is less than other organizations in industry.
