Own cubicle, freedom to get up from work area as you please. Nobody constantly hounding you. You can eat at your desk. Plenty of overtime.

Cons

Expectations too high, doesn't properly train for the job. (Has a co-worker try to teach you their ways of how to get the job done. People blame others for their mistakes constantly) People I worked directly with were not friendly. Very cliquey work environment.
