      As long as you are hitting your number you have all the freedom in the world. Work with a lot of young, fun people

      Cons

      Very high stress, you need to perform or else you will be miserable. Monthly quotas so the pressure never stops

      The management team was incredible in the area I worked in. They also focused a lot on growth and development.

      Cons

      Sometimes the hours were long which provided for little work life balance. The management team was good about allowing for additional time off during the slower times of the year.

      Good place to start in sales

      Pros

      Great benefits, good culture if you are young and single, rewarding. Great place to learn sales. Lots of training. Nice people overall. Felt like part of the family. Got to meet lots of great business owners. Felt like you were helping people. After 2 years, the recruiters came calling.

      Cons

      Frat-boy like culture. Competitive. Must have great time management skills or you will be buried. Hard to focus. Hard to give customer service after the sale. Other departments outside of core payroll seemed to run better
