Good pay, car allowance, phone allowance and monthly commissions. You are able to partner with colleagues and get some lay ups which are always nice. It is a good company to build your resume with. Other companies love seeing Paychex on resumes.

Cons

Our manager had no prior sales experience so it was tough to take his critiques and coaching seriously. Also, not a lot of room for growth.
