Low incentives and a lot of broken promises.....have to change commission and sales structure every year because of bad mid level mgt and stagnant ideas.....no incentives to highly overachieve. High turnover

Great potential to make money, great experience with business to business sales.

Cons

No management support, sales reps have to do more than just sell, are expected to take on a customer service roll as part of their job. Sales reps are expected to collect all of the correct Payroll information from clients, this can lead to a waste of time going back and forth between the client and office. This duty should be passed on to the customer support team.
