Pros

Training, pay, job satisfaction, benefits are a huge plus as well. The training in rochester is top notch and the perks of doing well in your position are well worth it.

Cons

Salesforce.com busy work. Management doesn't always have a background in Payroll. It can be frustrating from a training standpoint. Meetings with no added value.
