      Pros

      Base Salary is decent and good benefits.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about their employees. It is all about them getting their numbers so they can win the yearly trip. Monthly quotas are not based on territory - same nationwide. There are long time sales reps that get most of the business even if it is not in their territory - taking from others so hard for new reps. to make commissions and build their business.

      Pros

      Paychex is a great company to work for. They provide excellent training to make all of their employees experts in their field. Their benefits package and strong company ethics makes it descent place to work.

      Cons

      January...you have to start selling in September to meet your quota for January and still make monthly goal along the way. From September to February it's like having 3 jobs.
