Pros

Paychex has great trainers but management doesn't help a lot in the field unless you ask for it. The systems are easy to navigate and pricing is consistent. This is a great entry level position. Great resume builder.

Cons

Paychex brags about having billions in the bank but pays their sales rep an incredibly low salary with no opportunity for merit increases. Upper management only cares about their number and doesn't care about individual success of employees. If you have ever made a decent salary this is not the company to work for!

Pros

Great place to work, great benefits, and great people. Management wants to help you succeed and there are plenty of training opportunities. Also cross-training if you want to move to a different department in the communities.

Cons

Since benefits are good the pay isn't always good and the yearly bonus isn't that much.r
