There isn't much upward mobility. Senior management is excellent, but there are a few mediocre middle managers and supervisors.

Pros

As an entry level payroll specialist, I was able to acquire industry knowledge with paid, thorough on the job training. There is also the ability to move up within the company. Highly recommend this organization.

Cons

Personal preference, living in Tampa was a hike for me to get to the location in St. Petersburg. Other than that, I do not have any complaints.

Pros

Flexible work environment, good benefits, able to grow your own business. Many products to sell with a large territory with many opportunities.

Cons

We had a terrible manager that HR had recognized along with our district manager that she was inadequate at best at her position. She didn't train you before Rochester, never went on ride alongs, and had unprofessional employee relationships. She remained in the company for an entire year too long. HR addressed the issues during exit interviews but nothing was ever done.
