Pros

The pay and benefits were great but the commission structure was awful.

Cons

Training while doing the job was very hard when you barley know how to do it when you first start. Manager wasn’t the best but they have gotten rid of him recently so I hope that has changed for the better. They also put me on a PIP the very first day I got back from workman’s comp.

Amazing benefits, decent work life balance

Cons

Little to no training, incredibly 'flavor of the month' leadership team. During my time there they changed the commission structure multiple times, often during the year and at times when they decided the team was being 'too successful'- they also changed the criteria for their achievers sale event both years during the last month to limit who would be attending
