zero communication was provided, 10 mins after the email announcing acquisition was completed the entire department was laid off with zero warning

I upsell 401k to businesses inside the base. Making a 10k commission check this month and im 7 months in.

Cons

-A lot of corporate rules changing the way everything works. Not sure if my success will continue. -A lot of stealing revenue from other people within the company
