      Great starting position for new grads to gain experience , but high churn rate.

      Health insurance, Great job for new grad to cut teeth into sales and get some training . W2 job

      Cons

      Work life balance, expected to do admin activity on your time. OTE is not accurately represented and only the minority of people reach the number. Low car allowance compared to other companies No set PTO High churn rate

      -Great benefits (health insurance/ vision/ dental/ 401k/ additional benefits are also great)

      Cons

      -MICRO MANAGING!!!!!! -Leads are EXHAUSTED -Quota since day 1 (no room for failure) -Trainings did not teach product ONCE -Extremely high activity expectations - I was told 60 dials in 1 day was not enough -managers watch every single move you make and speak to you like toddlers -micro managing is beyond awful at Paychex -old leads -every division within Paychex is calling a client at the same time so by the time they answer your phone call, they want nothing to do with you - I never believed in the product -sat in a HRBP meeting with a client and the HRBP had no idea what she was doing and they were supposed to be the “certified HR professionals -had 2 sales cancel within my first 2 months of working there my my managers on the call (can’t say we didn’t paint the value of my manager was on the call) - when you book discovery meetings, NO SHOW rate is off the charts. Good luck getting these clients to show up -base pay is NOT enough for how much stress you’re put through
