      Flexible schedule, open to new ideas

      Cons

      This is door to door sales. Sales cycle may take years. Extremely limited number of opportunities, average opportunity is very low value. Internal resources will actively try to take away the limited opportunities you get a hold of. Company had 48% attrition in sales during first year

      Good benefits and cost. Typically get a raise and bonus (though smaller each year).

      Cons

      Has become overly corporate and removed benefits since new CEO took over. Now feel like just a number instead of a person. Not valued like before. Remote option got removed with new CEO too. Also, they hire new people in (temps included) making more than employees who have been there for years. Bonus and raise structure has significantly declined over the years.
