Terrible management and micromanaged for everything. All the policies have change but not communicated to any of the reps and they expect us to know this without sharing any notice of changes? God forbid you're a couple minutes late to a district call, you'll get a message from the director about it. Oh and you haven't made sure you followed the PTO policy to let the director know you're on PTO? you'll be getting calls on your day off about why you're not working
