Paychex has an Industry-leading training program, and is a great place to start a career in payroll.

Cons

Corporate Management prefers not to know the truth about Branch Management, and will active ignore information about wrongdoing. Promotions are impossible unless one agrees to cooperate in Branch Management’s whitewashing of financial reporting.

Make my own schedule, meet new people everyday, unlimited vacation, contests and bonuses are pretty regular.

Cons

This job is challenging and you have to be ready for rejection. Because of this people quit because they don’t see the fruits of their labor right away.

I have a job and get paid biweekly. Pot lucks are ok.

Cons

The training is poor and when you ask questions you are looked at as dumb. The cliques are old and very immature. No one smiles and is happy. It is a joke!! Also, health benefits are not that great. If people say they are good, they don't know any better. There is better healthcare at other companies.
