Pros
Benefits and time off is excellent if you can stick it out a few years. Middle management is wonderful as well.
Cons
Current CEO is more worried about lining his already heavy pockets and it is no longer an employee friendly company to work for. The work/life balance used to be excellent but they are scaling that back as they eliminate positions.
