Free food while you are punched in. Good pay. Flexible hours. Nice people. Bonuses. Opportunities to advance.

Cons

Understaffed. Needs more communication so things can run more smoothly. Draining because of understaffed (found worm 2 or 3 people should do). Often ask you to come earlier or stay later. Very stressful.
