Pros

Good health benefits, bonus part that you must work very hard to earn it, also you have to develop a new manager in order to get it.

Cons

It's a very Stressful job. Tight labor hours, high standards, ACOs and MUMs are suck. They will push you to the corners instead of showing supportive and appreciation. GM pays by hourly rate, no salary.

Free food. 20% discount. If you love being worked like a dog this job is for you! If you love getting paid for bare minimum and you work hard... This job is for you

Worked like a dog! Don't get paid enough!!!! They don't care about the associates or the safety of them either

Pros

Panda follows the 7 Habits book by Stephen R Covey - Great book when actually applied. Pay is decent compared to other companies but not that great either.

Cons

Staff is extremely weird - I worked with the most socially awkward people ever, would be rude to customers, did not know how to manage themselves and their emotions, manager played favorites, definitely a racial bias against certain races, upper management does not have a clue of how business culture works in the United States - they try to implement business culture aspects from other countries to this company and that does not work well when the American consumers prefer the culture that is tailored to their preferences here in the US. Employees would often argue with customers, they were all really awkward, and manager would also take advantage of the employees' low self esteem - I felt bad for them, but I can't be their superman. Worst Company I have ever worked for. Employees would not follow food safety standards - often cook without gloves, without washing hands after handling raw food or touching doors, etc. Place was gross. Food is god but don't eat there after working there and recommend for others to not to as well.
