Pay Structure Benefits Potential growth Panda is a big company that has a lot of upward mobility. The pay is great, especially at the upper management positions. There is also a reliable open door policy, and management does seem to genuinely care about you

Cons

Micromanaged Inflexible High strung Critical There is absolutely no freedom in this place. Almost every move you make it scrutinized and often criticized. You also have to act like your busy every minute of the day. They allow no time to stop and think.

Pay and benefits are top class. Gave me new purpose in life. New possibilities for myself. Ultimately, I now know that I am called to serve others. Truly humbled.

Cons

Many reviewers talk about lack of work-life-balance. I love what I do at Panda, and work no longer feels like work--for me balance of the two isn't measured by time itself but measured by quality of time spent.
