      Good Experience

      Pros

      They were very flexible with their scheduling and the customers are really great! It's also pretty easy to get promoted if you wish to. You also get a lot of benefits from what I remember though I was young so I never needed them. A lot of it has to do with who your manager is though.

      Cons

      The stores can close late, so if you work a closing shift you might not get out for a while. Mainly though, again, it depends on who the manager is. Some managers are really fun and great and others are very strict and encourage a lot of competition.

      An "okay" first job if you want the experience of working with customer service.

      Can be too busy and fast-paced at times which is hard for newcomers with barely any experience.
