      The bonus good be really good if you’re lucky to get a good store

      Cons

      Too much stress, their standards are too high which means your TO is high and you always working short staffed. Plus you don’t have work/life balance. I usually work 55h~60h a week

      - Complacent management - Many coworkers are toxic/straight up bullies - Usually understaffed - Brutal rushes - Expected to do more without additional compensation - Disrespected for being sick

      Money is decent, but you're just a number of course.

      Pros

      Really cool staff usually, but management really makes or breaks the work environment.

      Cons

      For fast food, they really do expect a lot from you. Always trying to get you to want to be promoted but you have to take literal written and physical tests to be promoted. And they really try to lay on the pressure THICK. A lot of coworkers I had including myself didn't want to be promoted because the amount of responsibilities doubles but the pay increases by $1.
