Customers can be rude as this is pretty much "the mcdonalds of Chinese food" Customers would spill sweet and sour sauce and rice everywhere and not care. Dining room was impossible to keep clean. You are 100% screwed over if someone calls in on a busy day like Friday at lunch. When working in the drive thru, pretty often I would have to take orders and prepare food into the togo bag. This slowed down the line and caused errors. Ideally, a fast food restaurant should have someone solely working the register and talking thru the window, while another person prepares their order. This lack of organization and attempt at combining 2 jobs into 1 led to me quitting.

Coworkers don't understand nuances of English, management isn't very good, I've had 6 different ones over the corse of 3 years
