Pay was nice. It could have been better though. It got me through high school with ease.

Cons

Management was overbearing. I did not appreciate the difficulty it was to voice yourself to management. They made it known that the crew members had less influence than anyone.

There are a lot of growth opportunities. But promotions can take years so you have to hang in there.

Cons

There is not work life balance. Once you get to management level expect to work +50 hours a week.
