Pros

At first I really liked working at panda because of the environment. It's awesome, I love the fact that as a company they offer internal growth. Lots of flexibility especially with school. The owners are great super kind !!! Shut out to Andrew and Peggy 💘 Thank you so much for the opportunity at panda!

Cons

Honestly I didn't like the fact that my manager( she was the GM and I was the AM) would always put me to close EVERY NIGHT, work weekends, amd work ALL THE HOLIDAYS. She would always have Sundays and holidays off 😩. And I she would deny peoples raise even if they gave it to them she would say "you have something to confirm" but never tell them what they were confirming and didn't even know they were confirming to deny there .25¢ raise.... And she would even send our RDO a different schedule from the actual schedule so that the RDO. Would think we has equal schedules 😒

Pros

401k with company match, monthly bonuses, merit increases every 6 months, opportunities for growth, good pay. Fun environment very clean and we really care about our customers. Managers support is also good. Plus quarterly bonuses are a plus they are like $7,000 or more depending on how well your store does for managers only.

Cons

Long shift hours sometimes you will work a 14 hour shift. Very stressful job!! You will have to work on your off day most of the time. Hard to maintain a work life balance.

Pros

If you are a submissive pushover who has no emotion then this is the perfect job for you. Seriously, get your life together and don't work for a fast food restraunt. You can do a lot better. The only thing you will gain from working here is that all the other emoloyees here are wonderful people, and it somewhat makes up for everything negative about working here. Also, on occasion, the female manager will buy everyone coffee or wingstop.

Cons

The managers and high-ups have very high standards. To put it simply, you have to be flawless and basically be inhuman to work here. If you ever get sick, the management with start to look down upon you and will take your hours away, sometimes giving you only 2 days per week. If you have adhd, they won't give you any leeway. If they can sense something is wrong with you, they'll kindly ask you what's wrong, but they're covering up the fact that they think you're costing the business money and are being a detriment/inconvenience to everybody. If whatever problem your having shows itself in your work, little by little the management will take your hours away and tell you that you need to get rid of your problem. You have to try very very hard to be robotic and submissive. If one of the managers unjustifiably accuses you of doing something wrong, they won't give you the chance to refute it and will say you have an attitude for trying. For example, I was organizing the box of forks because it was extremely messy, and if it were organized, I can restock the forks much more easily and quickly. I spent a bit of extra time organizing and cleaning up the mess in the box, and then right when I finish, the manager comes to tell me I'm doing it all wrong and that I'm wasting valuable time. I tried to explain and he cut me off, even though I was saving everyone time by investing a little time into organizing the forks. Jeez! Totally unappreciated....The manager doesn't care how his words affect you, and if you feel beat down and incompetent, they wouldn't care. The female manager is really juice though, but she has to keep the same standards as they're told to have. My theory is that this is just an Asian culture thing that's forced upon the managers. When the high-ups come for a visit, they're extremely stringent and watch everybody, including the managers, like hawks. It's annoying.... If you're thinking of working here, get ready for that.
