Good atmosphere, always moving, ability to grow within the company

Cons

Majority of hires are high school students they don't last very long and a good amount of times they call in sick or just don't show up. Staff is sometimes short for rush hours and days known to be busy.

Pros

Pay was reasonable relatively good. No early mornings and roughly 6 hour shifts.

Cons

Due to the size of our store, shifts lengths were often malleable, meaning getting off at a set time was sometimes difficult. Additional responsibilities were often given without title or pay change.

Pros

Money was great in the beginning, but once you really see all of the responsibilities you have, the pay does not measure up.

Cons

There is no work life/home life balance. I read all of these glassdoor reviews before being hired and didn’t care about the cons because the money was good. Believe me, you need to care about the cons.
