      Pros

      - Free meal for every break - Easy to get raises (if you really want it) - Scheduling is flexible, and co-workers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Sometimes stressful - Customers are hard to deal with sometimes - Sometimes the work load seems uneven amongst co workers.

      Pros

      You get free lunches while working there, coworkers are usually hard working and that harbors a really good team dynamic so the workflow is usually distributed evenly.

      Cons

      The storage being two levels lower than the actual store front at the Penn Square location. That always put a nut in our gears whenever it got really busy but I hear they've moved the storage to the same floor recently.
